It’s not really easy to tell your worries and thoughts to people. Most of the time they listen but don’t really understand, then you have to clearly explain it to them over and over again, but they jump to conclusions - they don’t really understand because it’s your thoughts not theirs. Other times… well it’s hard to pour your heart out to someone isn’t it? no matter how close. That’s why I always end up bottling everything inside - it’s much easier that way. More pain yet a lot easier.
